Responsibilities:

Develop, visualize, and present social media strategies internally and for our clients

Execute social media strategies with a high-level vision and day-to-day management

Manage and grow social media accounts

Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our clients' brands

Track and analyze social media performance metrics

Create and publish engaging social media content

Respond to customer inquiries and comments

Qualifications:

A passion for community and storytelling

2+ years of experience in social media marketing

Strong understanding of the sport, wellness, or lifestyle industries

Experience with influencer marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and analytic ability to orient your work

Bonus:

Experience with Notion, Sprout Social, Figma and Adobe

On-boarding Process:

Month 1:

Studio on-boarding: Get to know our studio, partners, and systems. Establish personal and studio goals.

Client on-boarding: Get to know our clients, goals, and visions for their projects.

Month 2:

Project on-boarding: Get up to speed on our current projects and start folding into the strategy + planning processes.

Month 3:

Step on the gas: Start to lead social channels.

Month 6:

Check-in: We’ll check in along the way but this will be a major point to see how we’re tracking towards goals and gives us a chance to pivot or change things as needed.

Edit video footage for social media, websites, and other marketing materials

Create storyboards and treatments for video projects

Work with clients to understand their needs and create videos that meet their goals

Collaborate with other members of the team to produce high-quality video content

Manage video assets and ensure that they are organized and accessible

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media video editing

Ability to edit engaging short- and long-form content

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

Bonus:

Ability to create short- and long-form content

Experience with Notion
